We stopped by Verizon last Saturday wanting to get 2 new phones and add 2 more lines for our family plan. To be honest, I wasn't really too optimistic thinking about the encounter as phone buying to me is likened to a sometimes terrible experience buying cars.\n\nWe were greeted my Marcus (manager) whom I dealt with and remembered from the location close to work. We informed him of our wants and he promised to help us however way he can, luckily there was only 1 person ahead of us so the wait wasn't too bad.\n\nWhat really made this visit memorable was the extraordinary customer service we received from Ryan T. talk about WOW! He was nothing short of spectacular, he went above and beyond the call of duty! He was able to find and offer every discount that was available to us and then some more. Everything was so effortless and easy with him, his demeanor so pleasant that we didn't mind being there a couple of hours, with our rugrats no less ;) When offering products that he thought we could use or was a great deal, he wasn't obtrusive or pushy at all.\n\nWe went in not knowing what to expect and left the place super stoked and satisfied. We got everything we wanted and needed. Marcus delivered on his promise of giving us the best experience possible.
