After calling a couple different places, getting quotes high and low, Mobile Matrix Repair was the only shop that was honest with me. Turns out the charge ports in the iPhone 7's are too new to really be having issues. So they said bring it in and let them have a look. Turned out it was just some pocket lint. What other companies were trying to make a big deal these guys handled in 30 seconds flat. Very thankful to have ran across such a honest company. Could have easily taken advantage but didn't.
