From the day we toured the apartments to the day we signed our lease, she was consistently great and even kept up with us via email prior to move in to keep us informed about what is going on. She made us comfortable in our decision to choose this apartment. Also, the leasing process was very easy and pain free. We LOVE our unit. It's very quiet and the grounds surrounding are well kept. The unit was newly renovated and spotless upon getting our keys which was great. The location is fantastic for us as well, it's not too far from anything in the city. We're on the first floor and expected to hear some foot steps above but we haven't heard anything yet, pleasant surprise. Also, the units seem well insulated and sound proof. I just checked out the gym yesterday, very clean and well kept with nice equipment. The pools are also very clean and well kept. Our cat loves it here so far, so that's a bonus.
