They are patient and take all the time you need - even when you are a neurotic fur-mom. \n\nThe groomers do an excellent job also and the front desk is always very friendly and efficient, even when the office is busy. \n\nI also board my dogs here and they happily go right to the vet techs without hesitation when they figure out where we are.
