I really hate to post this review for a fear that everyone will start going here and we won't ever be able to get a seat!  \nMy husband and I were in the mood for a steak.  We were craving a \"good\" steak, like a Ruth Chris.  But what we got at Carve was a \"GREAT\" steak.  So so pleasantly surprised.  \n\nInside the Eastside Cannery Casino, sits a hidden gem!  Carve has great ambiance, wonderful service but the real star is the amazing food.  \n\nWe ordered the shrimp scampi as our appetizer.  We could have each eaten 2 plates each!  \nHighly recommend.  \nFor our entree we each got the Filet.  Wow!  Melt in your mouth, cooked just perfectly chunk of Heaven.   \n\nAfter eating all of our meal and the wonderful fresh warm bread there was no way we could have eaten a desert, but...next time it's a done deal.  \n\nWe will be back!!!
