I was in was told to come in and given the price by Sammy. I live pretty close, so I drove right over. When we arrived, Sammy informed me there were 3 people ahead of my daughter. There were 4 barbers at the time and they were all with clients. We arrived about 5:30 pm. So, I understand how appointments work so, the clients arriving and being seen immediately didn't bother me. However, there was a gentleman who arrived at least 40 minutes after we did. When our turn came up, Sammy didn't say \"Who is next?\" He asked the gentleman who arrived after we did if he needed a line up. The gentleman clearly said he was there for a FULL haircut. I asked, \"what about my daughter?\" Sammy replied, she is next. \nAt this point, I am upset and instead of argue about it in front of my child, I decided to take my business elsewhere. However after a long day at work, I don't have an hour and a half to waste. On my way home, I call Sammy to express my disappointment with how this was handled. He tried to justify it with, \"You should have said something\" I did!!! He then said, you were next. I am not interested in waiting another 40 minutes while we were clearly skipped. Don't make excuses! You were wrong and you know it. A sign in sheet would be best if you can't keep up with your walk ins.\n\nUpdate: After I posted my review I was contacted by the owner Dwayne. He apologized for my experience and offered to have me come in for a free haircut. Since I had already had my daughters hair cut, I decided to have my hair cut. I called and Sammy asked me to come in about 7. It sounded like they were busy.  I came in and Sammy gave me a warm welcome. My haircut was nice and even. \n\nI appreciate them correcting the issue and taking care of me. Now, my husband can continue having his hair cut here. The ban has been lifted. However, I suggest making an appointment whenever possible. They can get pretty busy pretty quickly."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
