The address to the complex where I'm at also starts with the building number I am in 1228.  After arguing for 5 minutes to try and explain how the building number IS 1228 they just hung up on me in mid-sentence.  I had to call back and AGAIN after arguing with the person they finally conceded to me being right.  They were trying to tell me I don't know what my own building number is that I live in.
