"We were looking for a deep clean for our beautiful carpet that, for many reasons, had not been cleaned for 2.5 years. \n\nJames was prompt, moved furniture, and did an excellent, thorough job. \n\nThe carpet looks beautiful once again, and we will be using James in our own home as well as our rental properties in the future. \n\nHe did the job for the price quoted over the phone; he did not try to upsell us; he did not bait and switch on the deal we had agreed on. \n\nSometimes it's hard to find good service work in Fountain Hills due to the fact we are so far out from the major Phoenix area.
