I was keen on ordering the Moogats burger (which comes with shaved parmesan) and I was told that there would be no compensation in consideration of the lack of parmesan. The burger was awful and fell apart in my hands, along with the bun. It took me a while to figure out why there were so many 'strings' in my burger- turns out they failed to remove the casing from the soppressata.
