As far as the wait times go, I never wait very long at all which I like, but I am never impressed with the staff. The front desk girl was very sweet and pleasant but when I got to the back it was a different story. \n\nMatt the medical assistant came into the exam room to get vitals and what not and when I told him what was going on I got the impression he almost wanted to laugh at me. He had no real concern and carried a huge lack of empathy and care. He was borderline rude and a man of few words. I used to work in the medical field, I get it, it sucks dealing with sick people all day. But when we come in to see you, it's because we aren't feeling well, or are uncomfortable and the last thing we need is to deal with someone who seems like they could care less what you have to say and are just down right rude. \n\nWhen I left the exam room I was unclear on what to do next and it had been so long since my last visit I wanted to make sure they had the right pharmacy so I asked the front desk girl who couldn't look it up so she went to get Matt out of an exam room to check. When he came out he asked me like I was stupid if it was the same one I went to last time and I said I was unsure so he asked me again very rudely and I told him I DONT REMEMBER THATS WHy I AM ASKING! Like come on. Have a little more bedside manner than that! Obviously people's pharmacies change all of the time you don't need to act like I inconvenienced you for asking. THAT IS YOUR JOB. The only reason I am giving two stars is because my experience with the NP wasn't completely terrible but wasn't the best experience I have had in a doctors office either. Needless to say I will probably be finding a new urgent care to go to."^^ .
