I researched hospital work and sincity online quite extensively. This tattoo means a lot to me and it was important that it was what I wanted. \nIt turned out beautifully. I love it. Johny sent me directions to 702, I did some research and was fine with everything. \nThe shop was clean, Johny and I were the only ones there. He played good music and I'm really looking forward to getting my next tattoo from him too.\n\nYou know what, I read some really bad reviews of Johny after posting this and I have to say, people are pretty judgemental. He listens to loud gangsta rap while he works - I happen to enjoy that type of music so I was glad it was playing, but at one point he was concerned I might not appreciate his music selection. He was relieved when I was singing along with Kendrick Lamar. Even if I didn't like the music I would have been fine though because I would like him to be focused on his work and not distracted or hating every minute of it. He free handed most of it and traced the birds but I think he did a really good job. We talked about my tattoo before he traced on my arm with sharpie and he suggested a couple of things I do different than the photo I sent him and he explained why he advised against the specific design element but said if I really wanted it he would do it. He free hand wrote on my arm and his handwriting is beautiful I'm glad he did it and not me because mine wouldn't have looked as nice. Again I'd like to reiterate that a tattoo is special and forever so you should really research your artist and ask lots of questions. If you're concerned or your artist doesn't listen to you (even if you're just not into rap and you'd prefer different music) then maybe you should find a new artist. One that you're 100% comfortable with."^^ . . . "20"^^ . "5"^^ . . "21"^^ . "2015-09-10T00:00:00"^^ .
