I thought it was odd that my server Danielle did not offer to replace a slice of my sons pizza that she dropped on the floor though. It was comical to watch her act like she didn't see it fall until I picked it up with a napkin. She did offer to throw it away but never mentioned a replacement or a discount on my tab. I did not create a fuss about it because my son would never have eaten it all anyway. I think that the quality of food at Oreganos trumps a negative experience with my service.
