I have received 5 of them so far. Today, I contacted the dealership to schedule my final FREE oil change and was told that they will not honor it because the dealership changed ownership a year and a half ago.\n\nThe problem with their explanation is that when I went into the dealership for my 4th FREE oil change just a few months ago they told me the same thing. However, I got the Sales Manager involved and he personally went to the Service Department, found the e-certificates in my name, and said that they had to honor them until they expired (which is in May 2015 and this is April 2015).\n\nI called Mazda Corporation Customer Service and they told me it's out of their hands, too, and that they have no authority in this situation.\n\nSo...essentially, the Sales Department threw the Service Department under the bus, making promises that they knew may or may not be honored a few months after I purchased my car.\n\nEven though the staff in Service Department were helpful (especially Doug) , I will not do business with this dealership or with Mazda again.\n\nSeems like a stupid reason to lose a customer for life..."^^ . .
