"This was my first experience with My Salon & Spa. I went for an Ombre hair colour in April, 2015 after reading the great reviews here on Yelp. My color job turned out quite nice, but I am disappointed in their customer service which is the reason for my less than satisfactory rating.\n\nWhen I first entered the salon, the receptionist insisted on taking my sweater to hang away in fear that it would come in contact with dye. When my appointment was done, my sweater was nowhere to be found. I was told I would be kept up to date on the status of the whereabouts of my sweater, which I was not. After calling twice, the receptionist informed me that she spoke to the owner and there was nothing that they would do about my lost sweater. I left my contact information for the owner to contact me which I never heard from again.\n\nI paid for my hair in full and left a generous tip.
