"The only thing that could have made the food worse was if there was a hair, nail, or tooth found in it. 1 stars for the service and by that I mean our server who did not prepare or cook our meal. \n\nOnly a few other tables occupied and one person at the bar when we were seated at 5:30. Took 20min+ just to get our waters and beer. Server was pleasant. \n\nOrders: artichoke dip, seafood paella and scallops and shrimp pasta....oh and the caprese flatbread after I sent my dish back. \n\nArtichoke dip was so salty and grainy and there were artichoke pieces that we had to pull out of our mouths and put aside because they were not masticate-able. We couldn't chew through them. The pool of oil on top was a nice soaking haven for the bread. \nFocaccia bread was decent, but served cold. \n\nScallops and shrimp pasta has 3 tiny, rubbery, frozen scallops in it. Tasted half of one. Didn't even try the shrimp because after tasting the pasta, it would have been a moot point. There was no flavor of \"lobster cream sauce\", or anything honestly. Even lemon would have come through and I would h ave doused it if I had lemon. It was mushy and cooked poorly and the sauce tasted like nothing more than a pasty roux of flour, salt, and water. They didn't even cook the flour enough to burn of that pasty taste. \n\nPaella was a joke too...served on a plate at about a cull and a half size mound. Rice and protein included. Was NOT any version of paella I've ever tried. It was a best, an undercooked, bland version of risotto. The rice in the dish never even saw an iron pan. Mushy on the outside and rock hard grain on the inside. And two pieces each of the assorted seafood that weren't even mentionable enough to remember...shrimp, mussels , frozen scallops? Maybe some fish? \n\nI sent my shrimp and scallops pasta back and ordered a caprese flatbread. Mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinegar, right? \nNO. No basil and there was arugula instead. Lots of balsamic reduction which was over powering, flavorless tomatoes like little slugs, and it was not any cheese worthy of being served as a caprese style dish. It was low moisture, skim, mozzarella. I wouldn't be surprised it the cheese came to them already shredded in bags. Gross. I had one piece and was done. \n\nThis places touts itself to a much higher standard than it actually delivers while still charging the prices it thinks it can get for the food they claim to serve. \n\nOh and I just received a coupon in the bulk mail for buy one get one entree there. If you want it, send me a message and I'll gladly give it to you."^^ . "0"^^ . . . . "1"^^ . "0"^^ . "1"^^ . "2018-01-23T00:00:00"^^ .
