"I just got off with Sherry, the scheduler, from this office and it was the rudest and most unhelpful call I have ever had with a doctor's office. I have called several dermatology offices to see if they do laser removal of moles and have gotten concise and helpful answers. Sherry assured me they do this procedure but when I started asking how it was covered she transferred me to billing. The billing department said there is no billing code for laser removal because they do not do this procedure. I asked to be transferred back to Sherry and she seemed confused by this and had to go ask. When she came back she gave a vague answer that I needed to schedule a consultation. I explained I don't want to come in if they don't even do the procedure and she become very short with me, cutting me off before I could complete a question. I said we would be willing to pay cash if our insurance doesn't cover this but I need to know if it is done, could I please speak with the PA or get a call back? She said, \"No,\" and tried to get me off the phone. Price is not an object for us but quality of care absolutely is and knowing how rude and inconsiderate this office is, I will make sure everyone knows about my experience and to never trust their health and care here. Refusing to answer questions is not a good sign and not knowing what procedures the office does is worse. A doctor's office is still a business and customer care should still matter."^^ .
