I noticed a few problems on my move-in sheet (e.g. the toilet bowl was cracked, mold along the windowsill, broken kitchen fan) and all of these problems were taken care of within the first month. \n\nWhenever I had a maintenance request, the staff dealt with it quickly and professionally.
