Thank you! \n\nNote: Added one extra star for the service!\n\nFood: Since it was my first time here, I ordered signature tasting, $128 per person. I'd recommend it, to try a little of everything. \n\n+Sturgeon Caviar Parfait: My favorite! Creamy creme fraiche, crunchy potato cakes, salty caviar with rich salmon, what a perfect combo!\n\n+Tartar of Ahi Tuna: a little crunchy, a little spicy, lots of different flavors in one dish. \n\n+Crusted Sole: my least favorite. I'm not sure why but it just kept reminding me of airplane microwaved food. Even smelled like it. \n\n+Lobster Pot Pie: signature dish. Lots of lobster chunks, tasty crust, creamy soup. It was good but not extraordinary. \n\n+American Wagyu Ribeye + Foie Gras: Excellent. \n\n+Dessert: I don't like desserts that much, so I usually don't care much for it. But for some reason, I couldn't stop eating the cookie! \n\nI also did the $88 wine pairing. Totally worth the price. Great selection of wine. My favorites were: Joseph Phelps Cab 2013, Henriot Champagne Rose Brut, Grgich Hills Chardonnay 2015 and Sandeman 20 Tawny Port."^^ . "2017-06-08T00:00:00"^^ . "3"^^ . . "1"^^ .
