We have had to wait up to an hour before a scheduled exam (first appointment of the day). I have found that they charge me more than the contracted rate for my insurance. I attempted to resolve the matter and asked to speak with their billing department and they told me that they do not have one. I then asked to speak with a manager was told I can leave a message for them to return my call. It has been 2 weeks and no returned call. I will be finding a new dentist for my kids since it appears I can't get any customer service."^^ . . .
