They definitely hate their job! As a small business, you'd think they'd be giving the best possible service in order to maintain and build the business. I guess that's too much to ask for. \n\nIt is very frustrating how they make each painter fill out a piece of paper rather than put all the pieces my family painted on one sheet. Seems quite ridiculous to me. \n\nThey advertise the majority of the pieces are under $20. That's a joke. You cannot get out of that place without spending well over $20, unless you only want to paint an ornament size piece!\n\nWhen I took my Brownie troop, it was a complete mess. I called several weeks prior to the day we went. When we arrived they didn't have enough seats set up and the adults had to sit separately. With 12 8-9 year olds, that's just a terrible situation. When I called to reserve our spot, they collected a $50 deposit. To me, very reasonable. I did ask if the deposit could be refunded since I used my Troop's funds. They said yes, no problem. When I asked the day of, they said nope, we can't do that. It will need to be used towards the entire group's cost. Each girl paid on their own so this was not doable. Fortunately the young girl, who had an attitude the entire time, made a call and ended up putting the deposit back into my Troop's account. When we picked up the Troop's pieces, two were missing from the group's. When we called, they said, they didn't have them! Each mom who had a piece missing went up to the shop, a 25 minute drive away, and searched the shelves on their own. Imagine that...both pieces were on the shelf! The staff could not have even looked. \n\nI would not recommend going there with more than 4 people. You won't have a good experience. Not to mention you'll be treated very poorly! They need some customer service classes!"^^ . "0"^^ . "2016-12-30T00:00:00"^^ . . .
