I was excited until I read more reviews. However we were beautifully surprised!\n    The hotel is off the strip, although if you pass through the mall is not a long trek to the strip. I mean you're in Vegas you'll be walking a ton no matter where you stay!\n    The only down about the Trump is that the shuttle only takes you to Wynn and Ceasars. Wynn in right across the street, would be better if went to Mandalay or that area. \n                      Check in-\n   We only had a 5 minute wait in line, even with a fairly full lobby. We arrived in Vegas rather early and as check in time isn't until 3 we had asked the gentleman at the desk if it were possible to check in early and he said \" sure thing!\" We were able to check in at 9 am get settled and have a full day in Vegas!\n                    Room-\n   People are complaint about the carpets! Let's just be realistic and remember this is a HUGE hotel and it takes a beating. The carpet in our room looked newer and well taken care of, the hallway carpets were clean but did show wear.\n    Our room was clean and tidy. The rooms are HUGE. I liked the separate shower and beautiful deep jetted tub. The bed was extremely comfortable and they didn't jib us on pillows there were 6 on the bed and they are not the typical flat worthless pillows you generally get at other places.\n   I've read a lot of reviews about foul smells we didn't have this issue other then the second day, I figured it was bc my husband left the toilet seat up over night. So we closed the lid after each use and the problem was fixed.\n   Biggest shout out to the housekeeping here. These ladies are on point!! The first morning of our visit we quickly learned that 4 waters may not be enough and I asked our housekeeper if it were possible to get more, no hesitation or acting as if I were bothering her she grabbed about 8 bottles and brought them and put them in the fridge for us. After that we were FULLY stocked with water the rest of our trip. \n\n   People please tip your housekeepers, they work uber hard and SO under appreciated!"^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
