"They were very helpful in the beginning, not sure what happened afterwards. \n\nThe initial contact with this company was nothing but promising vibes. After a few other email/phone call exchanges, total opposite. \n\nSo the husband and I ordered some air bags from this particular distributor, we received the orders in a timely fashion, what failed us, is that there were two defective/damaged goods. \n\nThe way it was packaged couldn't lead us to think it was the delivering process. Must've been the company itself. \n\nHusband contacted them to explain, one guy was helpful and said they were to send another one to us and have us ship back the damaged one. \n\nWe called to do a follow up since we haven't received the replacement after. Week or so and someone with poor customer care service didn't bother to assist in any way and just had a nasty attitude about it. \n\nFinally got the replacement, sent off the first one. They received it and apparently it wasn't a warranty issue. \n\nSo this is where it gets more upsetting, for the second damaged air bag. WE as consumers have to take the loss in having THEIR products replaced due to the poor packaging on their end. \n\n Not exactly sure how they do business but obviously they might be doing very well that they don't care if this is upsetting a potential long term customer.\n\nNonetheless, business will not be conducted with them in the future. There are other companies who appreciate business and has good customer service."^^ .
