Great location (off 215/95), near by shops, restaurants, and hospital). Public transportation is waking distance. Less than 30 minutes from mount Charleston, Red rock canyon and lone mountain. Staff is always very friendly and helpful and have a great and efficient package notifying system. Plus, the community is still growing with new business developing every year. \n\nPros: biggest bang for your buck in Las Vegas for apartment living. \n- pool (2 pools, one heated all year round and jacuzzi which are never really crowded and well maintained, nice furniture and BBQ section)\n- yearly carpet cleaning with lease renewal \n- nice tall ceilings which help the units feel roomier and modern. \n- maintenance crew is pleasant and efficient and changes light bulbsfor free! (The little things do matter)\n- beautiful new dog run! \n- nice clubhouse (if you ever decide to use it) \n- Apple computers available in business office with free printing. \n\nCons: basic apartment issues\n- handful of dog owners not picking up after their pets (multiple communities have these problems) \n- lack of security cameras in garage/building\n- small gym/fitness center (but does have the basics; bonus yoga space is nice)\n- not a smoke free building (wishful thinking here)\n\nOverall, I have no complaints. Any small problems or concerns that I may have had has been addressed in a prompt manner. As we all know, apartment living can be challangeing at times, thanks to the staff and pleasant residents here at the lofts at 7100 really try to make this a nice place to reside."^^ . .
