I have never waited more then the same day for a repair. It's comforting to know they will come right and fix the problem so you're garage door is working perfect before night falls. \n\nI when we but new properties the first thing I do is call and have them come and replace the crappy builder rollers and change out everything to a better quality and longer lasting parts. Everything they use lasts longer and the doors open smoother. They also keep up on the warranty side as well. If you have a problem they will help right away. I mean withen the hour or two.
