Her follow up was greatly appreciated and I'm glad she took the time.\n\n\n\nUsually love this place. But I went recently on between my two jobs. I have limited time and they open at 11. So I'm there at 11:03. Not opened yet. No big deal. Running late. It happens. Well I call she she says 5 minutes. Okay. Well 11:15 rolls around and still no one is there. Few minutes later she comes doesn't say anything. Starts rolling her carts out. I offer to help. She kindly declines. She then Tweezes my eyebrows and I also found a phone case I like. I go to pay, she doesn't apologize for how late she was or anything. Nor discounts either of my purchases. She was 20 minutes late. And couldn't even be bothered to give me half off my eyebrows. Just very poor service and rude. Was not appreciated. She does a great job. But customer service is important to me."^^ . . "4"^^ . "2"^^ .
