Really, overall the stay was fine as was the Moorea rooms however we started off on a bad foot immediately. \n\nMy mom who booked this over a month in advance was to have a room directly next to us which they kicked her out of shortly after settling in saying it was supposed to be renovated???? Really weird!\nThen they moved her all the way to the other end of the building. LAME! \n\nSo that's how it started and let me give you a list of the pros and cons for you to decide.\n\nPROS-\nNice grounds\nGreat pool and lazy river ( closes at 4 though )\nClean rooms\nDenny's on site for breakfast\nShuttle drivers were awesome!!! \nA little off the strip so were quiet for families and getting sleep at night for competitions\nGreat view of the strip from tower 5 lookout\n\nCONS-\nNot getting the rooms you booked\nNasty counter help on one of the calls to front desk (male)\nTVs/ satellite (dish) were horrible! TVs took forever to bring the station in and were pixelated and hardly any channels to choose from nor any movies as well\nHad serious hot water problems where in the mornings each one of us had barely lukewarm showers and fluctuating between cool and warm\n\nAnd upon checking out we were told that check out is at 10am however if you need to extend it to 11 or 12 you can do so. So of course we stayed out a little later the evening before and when we called in in the morning we were told that was upon availability by a nasty man at the counter and we basically had to argue and tell him that will hustle and get out of there at 11 and he was not to charge us anything additional.\n\nSo the start and end of the stay was pretty crappy! Overall it was a good place to stay with family and if we're going again with my family I would stay again however probably do the Bora Bora room for the full kitchen, washing machine, etc..."^^ . . .
