"0"^^ . "I experience the worse customers service I ever have the other night at Avis. I went up to the counter and politely asked for another car then the one assigned to me. The woman rudely said, well that is what you get or you can exchange one in the J row. However there was not a car on the J row that would work with my bad back. I explained this too her and she said well if you want a different car it will cost you more money due to supply and demand. Well it was 11pm at night, there were plenty of cars, and I was coming back to the airport at 8am the next morning. I also explained to her that I travel quite a bit for work, have a corporate account with Avis, use them just about ever week, and never experienced this unwillingness to help. I asked to speak to a manager and she rudely said \"I am the Manager\". Well being a manager she certainly was not setting a good example for her employee standing next to her.
