Day 2, they didn't complete the job.  Then they were supposed to come back out on Wednesday the next week.  Another day off of work, and a NO SHOW!  Then again came out on Thursday, was supposed to finish that day, NOPE! Had to finish on Friday.  5 days off of work, with NO COMMUNICATION.  Terrible.  The Local Las Vegas Manager JIM ANDERSON was of NO HELP.  Doesn't even answer his phone for the corporate office.  They are supposed to be giving me a 10% refund from October 30th.  I call weekly with no solution or check STILL.  IT'S FEBRUARY ALREADY PEOPLE!  COME ON!  DO not use Empire in Las Vegas.
