"This place gets a bad rap because the fa\u00E7ade has literally taken forever to complete (and is still not done), but who cares about that when the rooms are comfortable and have great views no matter which side of the building you get? One direction faces Point State Park while the other side faces Downtown.\n\nThe beds are comfortable, the WiFi always works and there is not signing up to do, just click accept once and it won't keep nagging to to re-accept every couple hours (most hotels don't get that)\n\nThe room has everything you could need including nice new (big) flat screen TVs, iron and ironing board, coffee maker (the pod kind) including paper cups with lids.\n\nThere is a bar in the lobby that usually has people in it so if you don't feel like leaving, there should always be something to do.\n\nThe gym is great (for a hotel gym). They have a bunch of cardio things like most hotels, but they go a step further and have weight machines and even free weights!\n\nAlthough this hotel was built in the 50s, it's had recent renovations and everything seems new. I stay here every time I go to Pittsburgh for work, not just because of the good rate we get, but also because its close to work and a great place to stay."^^ . "2"^^ . .
