We decided to take his recommendations and he measured the windows and gave us our price of 1900.00. \nThe blinds were installed and everything was great until the sun reached our west facing dining room window. The new blind in that room is white and when it is closed the light pours in the room and it is lit up too bright to be enjoyed. I called Brad that same day and told him about the problem and he said he would call me back that evening to discuss it. He never called. After not hearing from him I sent him an email about the issue. He never responded. I sent a follow up email and wrote from a customer's perspective it would be appreciated if he acknowledged my concerns. No response. Several days later we received a card in the mail from Brad thanking us for our order which included business cards to give out. We wrote back that the customer service on the front end was great but we never had any follow up to our problem. Still no response from Brad. \nI wish he had advised us in the first place about the use of white Budget Blinds in a west facing window being problematic. When homeowners make an investment like this they expect information to make the best decision for their home. \nI caution anyone considering Budget Blinds to hope for the best because if you have a problem you might be ignored like we were."^^ .
