At the hotel registration, nobody knows what they're doing and always have to ask for help. Also when I called to check out the girl was very rude over the phone and yelled because she could not hear. No manners AT ALL. We went here for life is beautiful. It was convenient, but the toilet was still dirty when we got in the room. I wouldn't stay here again just to stay. I'm local and there are much better options then this hotel.
