Guest parking is pretty much non-existent and if you have a so-called designated parking spot, don't count on it being open when you get home. Random people park in covered, assigned parking spots whenever they feel like it and unless the office is open, you're out of luck. Have fun parking on the street. You have no recourse to have the person towed from your sport, nor any way to notify the complex and/or security of the discrepancy. If this happened once in a blue moon, it would be annoying, but tolerable. Unfortunately, in the two years my boyfriend lived here, it happened about once a week. On holiday weekends, about twice a day! Forget about having guests over, unless they don't mind parking half a block away on the street (which I did daily). We tried on numerous occasions to have people towed out of his spot, but apparently only management has the authority to do so. Also, totally unrelated, but the kitchens don't look like they've been remodeled since the 70s. Not worth it.....live elsewhere. You'll thank me for it."^^ . . "2013-06-13T00:00:00"^^ . . "1"^^ .
