"If there was ever a business to get a MINUS 5 Stars it would be this place! \n\nThe Office Manager actually followed us outside and stated \"American Medicare is shit and no good\". \n\nI wanted to put that statement upfront so when you read the review you would not think we were the racist ones, and so you may understand how this place thinks and operates.\n\nMy wife's doctor needed her to take a special test and apparently coordinated for her to have it at this place. Her appointment was at 3PM, and we arrived at 240/245PM to allow for time to fill out paperwork, insurance, etc. Once we arrived my wife signed in and we waited....................\n\nWhile waiting, it was more than obvious that the vast majority of people in the waiting room, and those coming and going were of Arabic descent, which is not a problem. However, each and every person that came in that was NOT of Arabic descent was given some type of BS, a hard time about something, and a couple times people got loud, and one even walked out.\n\nAfter about 30 minutes of waiting they call my wife up and asked her for her Insurance cards. She provided them and sits back down. My wife and I are retired and we have 2 Insurances companies that more than cover her situation, and we have never had any issue with our insurance elsewhere, ever. After watching several people, many who came in after us, some without an appointment, and one person that has some \"special\" deal with the doctor, which sounded very unethical, come and go out of the office, we started to see their issues.\n\nWhile we were sitting there we could hear some woman with a very loud thick accent and very with very bad English talking on the phone with someone and trying to spell our name, give my wife's info, etc. After sitting there for way over an hour, and watching people come and go who came in after us, my wife asked the front desk what her status was. The lady told her that they were still trying to get a hold of our insurance companies, one of which is Medicare.\n\nWe gave it another 20 minutes and then finally after hearing the lady, later identified as the Office Manager, getting nowhere with our insurance company, we asked for my wife's ID and insurance cards back. Initially, they would not return them. Then it became a little heated, and the entire office staff was lost, confused, and very disorganized. The \"office manger\" comes out of her office and starts telling us that it's our fault because we have MEDICARE and she cannot get through to them to get an approval.\n\nI now know why people have issues with insurance companies giving approval, it's because they are tired of talking to people they cannot understand and wasting their time! \n\nFinally, someone hands my wife her ID and insurance cards and we leave. As we walkout the door and around the corner, the office manager comes running after us swinging her clipboard and yelling. We stop to see what she wants and either of us can understand a word of her broken English. Then she yells at us \"American MEDICARE is shit and no good\". \n\nWe turned and walked away as other customers came outside to see what was happening. It was embarrassing, she was rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. \n\nNeedless to say, this place obviously has some major issues, especially with incompetence and discrimination. If \"American MEDICARE is shit and no good\" then why do they accept it! Just another business with profits over all and at any cost. This office manager is a direct reflection, and a direct contributor, to the negative issues we are having in this country, especially with those from the Arabic community.\n\nAvoid this place at all cost."^^ .
