"3"^^ . "2"^^ . . "0"^^ . "For the price this place isn't bad. I tried several therapists and most were ok. One wasn't very good and literally left bruises on my shoulders. After a few months I canceled my membership and I wish they would have told me that if you cancel your membership that any \"earned\" massages expire almost immediately. I think I had about two hours left, but when I called to set up the appt...nope, they expired. \n\nTried it, but I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than a one off. I've been lucky to have met some excellent massage therapists over the years, but unfortunately they weren't at Massage Envy. The really good ones know that they can operate solo and not share their hard earned money with a corporate chain.\n\nUpdate - 2015: I received a letter notifying me that Massage Envy low and behold was involved in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. Why? Because they screwed people over like me who canceled their membership, but then found out after the fact that the few hours of massages I had EARNED were in fact now worthless. So apparently I was not the only one that was a little pissed that Massage Envy screwed me and took away my earned massages.\n\nAnd fuck you whoever responded to my first YELP Massage Envy review. I was not 'reaching out' to you. I was writing a review on YELP you idiot. My review was spot on - your massage therapists are average AT BEST. Don't fucking preach to me. I canceled my membership for a reason. If I had liked your facility I would have stayed there. So, yeah, fuck you."^^ . "0"^^ . . "2014-10-25T00:00:00"^^ . .
