"As you can see I've changed my review to 5 stars..did not want to delete my previous review because I think it's important to know that a bad review can end up good.\n\nThe owner Vickie called me back to apologize for me thinking she was rude. She stated she was busy and had customer waiting. I understand that to the upmost. I tried to explain to her that she may not have not meant any harm but her tone was was rude. No one wants a bad review!! So I appreciate her call and I will continue to use their service. By the way I have an appt today!! \n_____________________________________________________________________\nI've have had my nails done three times within the last two months. For the most part I was satisfied (even with the languare barrier). Today I called and ask if there was an 3 pm appt available for pink/white fill. She said yes and ask for my name..which she recognzied. Then ask me to come tomorrow...SMH! I said no cant come tomorrow and said so you have no other appts today? she said 4 pm...(again SMH)..I said no that won't work for me..she then abruptly tells me \"I'm busy with customer cant talk\" and hung up.
