. . "2018-05-24T00:00:00"^^ . "I started seeing the doctor last year in September, my insurance reffered me to her. My first visit, I waited over an hour and a half to be seen, I had already filled out my new patient paperwork at home as I went in a few days before to get it. I only saw the doctor for about 5-10 min. I was prescribed a new medication and it wasn't sent out to my pharmacy until a week later; myself and my mom had to keep calling their office about the prescription. It takes a week to send it out electronically? Each visit after that, I had about the same wait time, but yesterday morning was the last straw. I had an 8am appointment. I live very close, so I got there around 7:55am. Their doors weren't even open, they barely unlocked them at 7:58am. So I go and sign in, so did two people after me, one of them also had 8am appointment. Doctor comes in at 8:07am. We're all still in the waiting room, none or us have been called back. Around 8:20am someone rescheduled and left, he also had a 8am appt. and needed to go to work. Finally around 8:30 they call me back. I'm here for a follow up. I should've have just been in an out by 8:30. Around 8:45am I hear the doctor go into another room, she saw a patient who's appointment was after mine. I was the first patient of the morning yet I wasn't seen first? Finally she sees me, practically 50min after my appointment time. Absolute bs. I should not have waited an hour practically for JUST a follow up visit, then to have someone else be seen before me? Why bother making an appointment then? I was supposed to go back in 3 months for another follow up, but I'm definitely not returning after this."^^ . . "0"^^ . "1"^^ . "0"^^ . "1"^^ .
