Confirmation from Travelocity clearly stated \"Your reservation is confirmed.\" I called to confirm the reservation on 03/17/2015 and was advised that the reservation was confirmed. Arrived mid afternoon on 03/18/2015. Checked in with no problems and was given the card keys to our room. As I walked out of the lobby the deck clerk called me back and told me there was a problem. \"They had overbooked\" and there were no rooms available. WTF...I told her and she confirmed that I had a reservation through Travelocity and had made the reservation 2 + months prior. She stated that she was \"not responsible for the overbooking\" and tried to blame me for the issue. She quizzed me about \"who\" I had spoken with the day before to confirm our reservation. Unbelievable... we got BUMPED and sent down the road to a Courtyard Marriott. We were told to come back in two days when they would have our room available. We were not happy.\nReturned two days later to finish our trip and boy were we disappointed when we got to our room. This place is a mess! The exterior stairs to our room were in disrepair and actually a slip / fall hazard. In the room everything is old and worn out. Place needs a serious updating from the 1980's. The large floor tiles were loose and a hazard. The microwave oven was broken and the small refrigerator was vintage 1975. The coffee maker was missing parts and broken. Not what you expect at $220 + a night. This place did not even rank up there with a Motel 6. If you are expecting courteous service, a confirmed reservation, an updated and clean room then go somewhere else. Avoid this place at all costs."^^ .
