"Not knowing some how we ended up with Executive as our limo service for our wedding (Our bus company did not offer limo car service so they sub-contracted to Executive). And let me tell you... worst service I've ever experienced. First off the limo was 30 minutes late picking me and my groomsmen up. I understand Las Vegas is a hot dessert and on our particular wedding day it was right around 105 but neither my wife or my limos were properly cooled at all. My wife's driver flat out said that the AC wasn't working and that they had tried to get it to work unsuccessfully. Now you can imagine what that's got to be like being dressed in your wedding dress, with hair and makeup done getting into a hot limo the day of your wedding. \n\nWhen we contacted the bus company to complain and they tried to work with us to get some sort of a refund, Executive told them that basically we were out of luck that their limo's had service records that could show everything was working and that due to the heat sometimes the drivers have to turn off the cars to avoid overheating. Not sure I quite understand that and if that's the case they don't you think you would have your limos altered to have advanced cooling systems seeing as though you are in a hot dessert where temps reach over 100 for 4-5 months a year? So since Executive was not able to provide anything back, the bus company (Lewis Stages) offered to provide some money to help out and they deserve repeat business because of this.\n\nNeedless to say we will not ever be using this company again nor will any of our friends."^^ .
