We visited the other day and the woman who showed us the model didn't introduce herself and knew virtually no information about the property including whether they were energy efficient, what the local crime rate was, or anything about the local schools except their contact information. She had a very poor attitude, didn't smile, and seemed to be there only to unlock doors. When we asked about submitting an application, she told us we could do it online and never offered to assist us with anything in office. We have called twice to follow up on the application, but they don't answer and have not returned our voicemails.
