Clerk informed me that the watch had to be sent to Breitling. On March 22, after two weeks I had not heard from Finks so I called to see what was happening with the watch. Clerk calls me back saying that they have an estimate from Breiling and gave me the price. I asked the clerk what the price included and she did not know. I requested that she send me a copy of the estimate. The clerk emailed me a copy of the estimate and the estimate was dated March 11. Finks sat on the estimate for 10 days without informing me and probably would have sat on it longer had I not called. \n\nCustomer service is sorely lacking. \nIf you are looking to make a significant purchase you are better off going to South Park."^^ . .
