"0"^^ . "Absolutely the worst! There is always a wait. Just had to make a simple return of phone equipment I forgot to return when I cancelled my service. They have barcodes on their cable boxes, and other equipment you RENT with their service. They used to just take your equipment and say have a nice day. Now you have to wait for a receipt. Cox should have a separate section for equipment return. I think it would make everything flow better. Had no choice when I moved here to get cox, since my complex wouldn't allow a dish. Now that I moved, I don't need them anymore. When I lived in Santa Barbara cox was the only cable company in the city. They could price their services however they wanted. No competition.
