We have been renting from them for over a year out in Henderson and have had all complaints fixed in a timely manner. \n\nNot everything can go right and people often get pissed off if they are not handled right away, but this is something that happens. I can't say I've ever had an issue that last more than a day or two and even then I was kept in constant contact with the company and maintenence that came to the house. \n\nSo should you use Black & Cherry for your housing needs?
