"5"^^ . "1"^^ . "I fully recommend Avery on the Green apartments. I have lived here a short time and am extremely happy with my living situation. Scott at the front office has a great attitude and always friendly and helpful. My apartment is an amazing location. I have the pool nearby and the golf course view from my apartment. The apartment is renovated with new floors, counter tops, appliances, etc. There is beautiful green grass outside my front door for pets and trees all around. The parking is great on both sides with easy access to apartment. The pools and fitness are 24 hours. Apartment has an extra HUGE closet. Also, the complex is approximately 1 mile from the super cool Chandler downtown area with bars and really good restaurants.
