"I cannot comment on the sales department at this dealership since I bought my Toyota elsewhere, so this review is on the Service Department:\n\nI took my Toyota in for some warranty work, a screaming idler pulley which seams to be a dorm on the 4x4s. Anyway, when I arrived, I told the Service Writer what the problem was and asked if they can take a look at it and replace it under warranty. According to him, it shouldn't be a problem....\n\nAfter spending two and a half hours (which seamed like an eternity at that place, wireless was slow as hell and really nothing to do but sit around) the Service Writer comes to tell me that the problem is a screaming idler and it would be $$$ to fix.\n\nI asked again about the warranty and he told me that his Service Manager told him that this part cannot be replaced under warranty. So, I asked for my truck back...\n\nAt this time he informed me that it would be a $50 charge for a diagnosis, WHAIT WHAT!!!??? I knew the problem from the get go, even told him which idler it was but yet you charge me a diagnosis fee? I NEVER had to pay for a diagnosis fee from a Toyota Dealer.\n\nAnyway, to end the story, I took the Truck immediately to Earnhardt's Toyota down the road, which not only replaced the idler under warranty but also installed a new Serpentine Belt, which according to them, someone at the other dealer goofed up on."^^ .
