The way I was treated as a customer has caused me to go elsewhere. \nHe couldn't understand what I was asking and made assumptions when he did understand. I asked if the arrival date on the package would be affected by the storms in the Midwest and the man answering the phone told me he couldn't account for that. I told him the UPS website stated there were delays in shipping times and he told me there weren't any delays and acted insulted that I had asked. All I wanted to know was if my package might arrive later than usual due to delays. He assumed I was asking for a refund if my package wasn't delivered on time. I had to raise my voice to practically a yell in order for him to understand what I was saying.
