For instance, a piece of my filling chipped away and they put a temporary fill in when I was scheduled to come pack in two days to get the filling replaced. they charged me $80 bucks for the temporary and it fell out that night. Also, I always felt like the secretary was trying to upsell me on services, or trying to substantiate the large fee's they were getting to charge. Sometimes I felt like she was reading from a script because one time she came in the back and was talking about services and fees for services that weren't even for me, and she suddenly realized it wasn't for me. \n\nFor me, something just feels off when I got to this practice. I gave them a shot and went there for awhile but decided to finally switch. In addition, it didn't feel like the oral hygienist did a thorough job. once again, these all my personal feelings about this dental practice. \n\nMy main point is I don't think in the medical/dental practice you should be upsold anything. It should flat out be what they recommend to prevent future discomfort/damage. On side note, I've always seen a dentist at lease twice a year for cleaning, and never had any major issues. After coming here for awhile I was recommended expensive services that are partially covered by insurance.\n\nI see prior complaints regarding billings but I must say I never had a billing issue, and I tracked my claims like a hawk because I noticed prior complaints regarding the billings. \n\nI did notice a change in personnel who I believed handled the billing, but am unaware of the reason for the change in personnel."^^ . .
