It ended up being one of if not the highlight of our trip. We strolled into here on a Wednesday night (free to all visitors). To be truthful, we would not be able to describe a single piece of artwork housed in the museum. We were just interested in exploring the building itself as we are getting married in another (and much smaller) Frank Gehry designed museum. The highlights of the museum include the Italia and the Baroque Staircase, both of which were stunning. Along the exterior of the museum are enclosed, spiral, and wooden stairwells with fabulous views of either the Toronto skyline or the nearby neighborhood. The galleries themselves are rather simple (basically big white boxes) which were tasteful and very similar to our wedding venue. \n\nAdmittedly, my review is rife with bias but I had very high expectations for the building itself and was blown away."^^ .
