The service was good but as soon as you walk out from the curtain you are approached by a salesperson trying to coerce you into buying products! I did purchase the skinmedica product for a big price of $179! I was not told at the time there was a no refund policy! I waited inside for my sister approx 5-10 minutes and then proceeded to return the product I had just bought! The girl told me that it could not be returned! I explained to her I never left the building and never opened the box! She proceeded to get the manager: Samantha Weiss. She told me no return : it's on your receipt! Mind you I did not get a receipt until after I purchased item and was not told prior to buying product it was not returnable! Samantha was very rude and told me to take it up with SkinMedica. \nJust want buyer beware when purchasing a SkinMedica product and the rudeness of the manager! She then walked away after telling me to take it up with SkinMedica!!!"^^ . .
