When we took it in to have it installed, they got some sort of screw or something stuck in my brand new tire which caused a hole. They put a plug/ patch in that. Ok whatever, I believe a new tire would have been more appropriate since my tire was less than a month old with very few miles. Then although the car starter worked, it was having an undesirable effect of unlocking doors without it being prompted to. When I called and complained I spoke to a very condescending female employee who said this was impossible!! It took 4 times bringing in my car before they could figure out what's going on. Come to find out that in order for the remote car starter to work as intended I have to disable a key feature in my car which I use everyday. I called later and spoke with Casey and find out I have no recourse, can't get a refund, they really don't care. He actually complained about how much time he had to spend on my car to figure that out. Oh excuse me I thought that was the service I paid for. Buyer beware I don't believe they have the experience of working on different cars or the knowledge of the product they are selling."^^ . . "0"^^ .
