I go in knowing I have two shipments waiting for me and they tell me they only have one. I said I'm pretty sure I have another box since my order on jcpenney.com says its waiting at the ups store. The guy is too lazy and/or too stupid to find my box and rudely says \"there's nothing else here for you\" like I'm the stupid one. I go home, verify with jcp that my box is there and they tell me it is. I call this store back and some guy who seemed to be the manager was finally able to locate my box.
